| Job: | Around December 2025, the Board of Directors received a concern about a sidewalk needing repair, which we confirmed as valid, but not such a large job to justify going out for bids. Based on recommendation of another Board member, we contacted Pedro, who submitted a very reasonable quote, provided a creative approach to executing the work, and could start right away. We agreed and Pedro and his crew did a great job. |
