Pool
The pool is open for use by residents and their guests from 8:00am to 8:30pm and is cleaned year-round, twice a week during the busy summer months.
The pool cannot be reserved for private use.
STONE CROSSING POOL RULES
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
1. Homeowners MUST be present with guests AT ALL TIMES! Individuals will be asked to leave if not accompanied by homeowner.
2. The number of guests is limited to no more than four per household during peak hours of 12 PM to 5 PM.
3. Pool hours are 8:00am to 8:30pm.
4. NO GLASS CONTAINERS permitted anywhere inside the fenced area around the pool including grass area and covered porch area.
5. No animals allowed inside the fenced pool area.
6. NO SMOKING inside the fenced pool area.
7. Anyone under 16 years of age MUST be supervised by a parent and/or homeowner.
8. The pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday. Please stay out of the water while the pool company is cleaning. There is a net that can be used to scoop debris between cleanings.
9. Please refrain from using spray-on sunscreen when sitting in the chairs as it causes discoloration of the straps.
10. Homeowners are responsible for their own trash. Trash cans are supplied for your use. Extra liners are located in the cabinet in the bathroom area.
11. Please check bathrooms for unflushed toilets and water running in the sinks before leaving the pool. Extra toilet paper is located in the cabinet in the bathroom area.
12. No scooters, skateboard or wheeled toys of any kind are allowed in the fenced pool area.
13. Pool toys are not to be left for storage. Failure to take them with you may result in them being thrown away.
Amendment to the Pool Rules (adopted August 2023): Homeowners having more than 10 and no more than 15 guests before 12p or after 5p must receive prior approval by the Pool Committee Chairperson (Dana Bernier - 859-992-3466) or designee to use pool and/or pool area. If your group includes 8 or more children under the age of 14, you must provide a certified lifeguard at your own expense. Proof of certification must be provided prior to use of the pool. Remember homeowners must be present at all times and are responsible for guests.
Remember, rental of the clubhouse does not include the pool. No private pool parties are allowed.
